    New to the forum. First pics.

    I've dieted at the beginning of the summer I was 225Lbs when I started. here was my diet.

    11h30 am:
    I pop 2 ThermaLean (Ephedrine pills) 15 mins before going I bring 591mL of crystal light for hydrating myself while im on the bike and my mp3 player cuz its ****in boring lol.
    30 Mins of Cardio on a stationary bike when I wake up = 11 miles, 350calories burnt at 140 heart beat per minute.


    12h00pm:
    16 Egg Whites: Calories 250, Carbs 0g, Protein 50g
    1 orange: 16.3g carbs, 1 g protein, 65 calories
    Total 1: 315 Calories, 16.3g carbs, 51g protein

    14h30pm:
    Protein Shake: 1 2/3 scoop, 230 calories, 2g carbs, 50g protein

    17h00pm:
    1 chicken breast, 211 calories, 4.2g fat, 0g carbs, 40.6g protein
    4 spears asparagus, 13 calories, 0.1g fat, 2.5g carbs, 1.4g protein
    2 tbsp Bullseye BBQ sauce, 60 calories, 0g fat, 14g carbs, 0.4g protein
    Total 2: 284 calories, 4.3g fat, 16.5 carbs, 42.4g protein

    19h30pm:
    PRE WORKOUT NUTRITION
    Protein Shake: 1 2/3 scoop, 230 calories, 2g carbs, 50g protein

    22h00pm:
    POST WORKOUT NUTRITION
    Half a cup rice, 392 calories, 3.57g fat, 82g carbs, 10gs protein
    1 chicken breast, 211 calories, 4.2g fat, 0g carbs, 40.6g protein
    4 spears asparagus, 13 calories, 0.1g fat, 2.5g carbs, 1.4g protein
    Total 2: 616 calories, 7.87g fat, 84.5 carbs, 52 g protein

    24h30am
    Protein Shake: 1 2/3 scoop, 230 calories, 2g carbs, 50g protein

    I'm now 199.5Lbs I stopped dieting 5months ago.

    I am now 20 years old, 6 feet tall, 199.5lbs. I think i must have really bad genetics.. i have been workin out seriously for the past year.. and humm on and off for the past 3.
    I'm not that happy with my body. I must be around 15-16% on those pictures i guess.. humm with my cutting diet I wanted to show a bit of a 6 pack but it seems that they just wont show.. i work em out as hard as I can try to shock em with different exercises.. i squat and deadlift quite a bit and i thought it would make my abs pop out a lil more but.. no.. then my pec shrunk a lot from dieting.. i guess my back did cut a lil bit but not much it looks alright i guess.. my bicep and triceps dont seem to grow so fast either even if i get major pumps.. I am looking to get a lot bigger without using steroids .. trying to get on a better diet maybe.. maybe trying some new exercieses.. and maybe buy more supplement like Nitrous Oxyde, and Amino Acid supplements.. Well all help is appreciated. Im desperate to get bigger lol..

    Well I seem to bulk up pretty fast because i got a slow metabolism, I started takin naNo Vapor mix and it really helps as far as preworkout energy goes.. and ive been getting mega pumps too.. so yeah ill go back up to 220 cleanly this time.. and cut down next summer.. Ill work on my leg day and post some pics.. Im not 6" 205lbs..

    whats ur workout routine like? i would say a couple less than 15% man. looks like u could start bulking now with a clean diet. increase ur cals to 3500-4000/day and keep it clean like it looks now. as far as the abs go... working ur abs is good but i think ur gonna notice the big difference by continuing to keep the fat out of ur diet. there's no way to spot reduce fat by working out its just how good ur diet is....

    thanks citizen for the comment i guess i will have to build a new clean bulkin diet.. and as far as supplies go I was wondering what was real good for pre-workout energy.. and other stuff to i see those nitrous oxide pills n stuff does that do anything at all? here is my workout routine

    Day 1:
    Back, Triceps
    Back Exercises:
    -2 sets of 6 chin ups for warm-up
    -4 sets of Lat-Pull Down
    -4 sets of Straight-Arm Pulldown
    -4 sets of Seated Pull Down with Wide grip curved bar

    Tricep Exersises:
    -4 sets of Close Grip Bench Press
    -4 sets of Skull Crusher
    -4 sets of Straight-Arm Pulley tricep pulldown with wide bar


    Day 2:
    Pec, Bicep
    Pec:
    -1 warmup set of bench press.
    -3 sets of Flat Single Dumble Press
    -3 sets of Inclined Dumble Press
    -3 sets of Cable Crossovers
    -3 sets of Single dumble flies.

    Biceps:
    -3 sets of barbell curl wide grip
    -3 sets of barbell curl close grip
    -3 sets of 21s with wide grip bar on Cable machine
    -3 sets of preacher curl

    Day 3:
    Traps, Shoulders
    Traps:
    -3 sets of shrugs
    -3 sets of Upright Cable Rows

    Shoulders:
    -3 sets of barbel shoulder press
    -3 sets of cuban press

    Day 4:
    -4 sets of deadlift (works my back at the same time)
    -4 sets of legpress
    -4 sets of Hack Squat
    -4 sets of Calve machine

    Day 5:
    Cardio 1hr on stationary bike
    30 minutes of Jump rope

    **** Jump rope sessions of 15minutes are made prior to each training sessions and after each training sessions as a cool down.


    Oh and Im not rich lexed but lets just say I make really decent money for a 20year old kid I work in alberta in the oil patch.

    as far as the supplements go, you're just gonna have to find out what works best for u. i personally don't use any no2/test boosters/cell voumizers. all i use is some caffeine before my workouts to give me an edge and a little creatine. ur leg days could use some work man. if ur gonna keep doin cardio u might wanna think about doing it in the morning on an empty stomach for no more than a half an hour or so since ur gonna bulk now.

    Grande-Prairie thats where i live now.. yeah we do have a bit in common savage.. well humm what more exercises should I add to my routine for legs and what is the proper way to use creatine?

    As it says on the jug. N.O. Xplode is a pretty good one! I suggest getting your gold card at GNC if you're going to buy it. You save like 5 bucks by purchasing the card that day too, due to it's 20% on the spot discount.

    Anyway, do as it suggests taking 1 scoop for a certain amount of time with the suggested amount of water. You can always up your dose but I keep around two scoops before work out rather than going to three because it gives the same effect as three. But, everyone is different.

    It also says to drink 120 oz. of water a day to get it's maximum effect. Water is good to drink regardless, so yeah! =P

    Ask the store clerk they know all about the stuff!
