pics of me at 5'11 220
Hey everyone, back again. Im basically posting every solid 10 lbs I get, and if you look at my old pics its a HUGE improvement it terms of mass/hardness especially. Flame on! I wanna hear it! 2nd 2 are from last mid june. I was 210 lbs. NEW PICS, PAGE 2 POST# 57.

Legs arent bad, Ive made a lot of improvement on them, upper thigh is 26
(not the very top itd be like 29) I only squat on the smith machine, And actually like it a lot more, better isolation and safety, But my 5 rep max on the smith for squats is 410, so theyre ok. For a long time i never did squats or deads, And they're climbing quickly now. Ive been doing both for about 6 months.
Once again thanks everyone for the nice feedback, Ill be sure to hit more incline! My tris dont really grow =/

man, I'm seriously impressed... it seems as though not only did you gain 10lbs, you lost a good amount of fat as well...
I would definitely start to focus on defining your chest more with some isolation (upper, lower, inner) exercises now that you have built pretty good mass on them.
congrats bro...I can't wait to see how you'd look after 10 more pounds!

Dude you have no idea how much that means coming from you.
Ive seen your pics, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO PAINT YOURSELF GREEN. Except ur way leaner than the hulk. Thank you so much again, that really brightened me up. What would you recommend for getting that upper chest? My main problem is the inner chest. You would see if i took a side shot.

Upper chest I would reccomend the incline BB or DB presses, or even incline flies, which helps bring up the sharp corners on the inner upper chest. As for inner, I found what gave me the most improvement were cable flies... that really allowed me to really feel my inner chest pinching...

gotcha, ill try those. Today around 6 was chest, and I got this tip from Mr. california himself, Hes my neuro-muscular massage therapist, and he said he gets on the pec dec, and instead of placing your forearms on the pads, use your hands and pinch the things together, Its hard to describe, but wow, it worked.

I see a huge improvement over your last set of pics, you definetly look harder and better.
only suggestion is to get that chest up, your shoulders overpower your chest.

i was gonna say nice shoulder and back development. arms looking good too, but i also think u gotta hit the incline bench press and some close crib triceps

im actually really STRONG on incline Im just having a hard time getting it to grow. Appreciate the comments guys, Im currently leaning out even more, however Im about 8 lbs heavier than in those pics. Ill post again probably when i hit 240.

i squat on the smith. So does it count? Eh kindof to me it does anyhow, other lifts are fully functional.
squat:405x7
bench:350
DL:440
I didnt squat and dead my first 2 years of lifting =/ My shoulders are a pretty strong asset.
