    I started taking only 10mg for the first month, then 20mg second month, then 30mg the third month! I love the 30mg, but the breakouts were more intense for me....Not that bad though.

    I weighed 160 before, I do workout in the morning times, i stop all carbs after 5pm and then eat like a pig in the morning right after i workout to spike my insulin levels and then throughout the day i deplete my carbs to burn fat while i sleep! I take metamucil everynight to help flush everything out in the morning time!

    I just started to Mega Dose on Fish Oil, to see how that works and it has given me a HUGE appetite, which i need. I mainly eat Lasagna, Tuna, Apple Pies, Protein shake-one scoop, drinking half 10minutes before and half during workout. Then drink 2 scoops after workout along with apple pie, speghetti and meatballs, carbo hit and creatine. I always take a scoop of creatine before and after i workout...only on the days i workout though.

    I also take insulin mimickers throughout the day to keep them level.

    Your arms are ok, but if you want to look "solid" I would say thicken up your chest especially the upper part a little bit, along with your neck/traps. Otherwise though I would say your fine if thats the look you want.

    If you don't want mass, then you look good bro, but personaly i think if you put on 10 more pounds and keep ur cut, you'll look great.

    It's not a bad diet...it's the smart thing to do if you want fast results and less body fat!

    No need to eat healthy ALL day everyday, or eat HIGH carbs everyday allday to bulk up just to burn the fat off later...POINTLESS!

    YES! I totally agree with you...i will ad on 10-15 more pounds this year, easly!

    I am going to try the Glycogen Supercompensation way in a few weeks to put on a fast 10 SOLID pounds.

    Dude, not sure what other are talking about, but having stated your goals, I think you look great! What you have is what I am trying to work toward. I too am not looking to add a ton of mass, just want to look solid, defined, and vascular. You've accomplished all of this with the diet your on and just var?
    Experience any sides? Lookin good bro.

    Your results could have easily been attained naturally with solid diet and workout plan.

    The only sides i noticed were acne on back and shoulders when i hit the 20mg-30mg mark and then decreased libido when i hit the 30mg mark. Came back fast after two days off, because it was out of my system after i finished my cycle!

    What is exactly the Glycogen Supercompensation way??? Is that when you eat really really low carbs for a few weeks and then dramatically increase your carb intake the last week or something???

    Just make sure you keep burning that glycogen and taking those insulin sensitive receptor suppliments. Because if you don't we all know you can make yourself type II diabetic and you'll get fat. Most of us guys here have to stick with protein and very little carbs until it is carb loading time. I have bulk times and then cut times, but even in bulking I make sure it is good fuel I'm pumpling into the gut! You look good man. Don't mind these guys on here that are saying you are small.

    I have been following CEO for a while on getting tips to get ripped etc.. Bro ou look cut !! congrats.
    Its actually hard work to get cut. Props to you on that subject. Whatever you did worked out and thats what counts!!
    Some people cant achieve that look and the first thing they say is....You could of done that naturally....or your diet sucks and blah blah blah.

    Hey BigPimpin...How are things? I am very stoked to know that you are wanting to achieve the muscle tone like myself. It truly means A LOT to me. It give me more motivation to keep on keepin on!
