Before & After Pics
I started lifting almost 2 years ago & dieting shortly after. When I started lifting I was 266lbs with no knowledge of training or dieting at all, so I started at the bottom, presently Im 6'1 192lbs 27 years old I train 4-5 days a week (nothing hardcore) and I eat halfway decent. My life has changed a-lot I feel better about myself and my wife dont mind the weight-loss either. My goels are to gain a little weight 5-10lbs but be solid low b/f
Here are some before and present pics of me. And also I realize ive got a long way to go so please b-nice..
I was about 240 in this pic

OMG! That's fantastic work mattman! Well done indeed.
If I had any recommendations to make regarding progress from here it would be to focus even harder on your diet and training and continue to make astounding progress!!
I do notice that your back looks a little lacking in thickness compared to your lats. Are you doing many rowing movements? Time to hit those legs hard too!!
Once again bro - many congratulations!

Been a few years here's a sad update LOL
Hey everyone Im not new here as you can see but im not much of a writer here I just read alot, we'll its been a few years sadly to say I havent changed much but I have had some little changes Ive gotten older and stronger, now im 30 my weight is somewhere around 213'ish give or take a pound so im close to 15 lbs heavier than 4 years ago, my strength gains have come slow but consistent there aint a good or bad day that I cant bench 315 in the gym for 1 rep, not that thats alot but for me it is when I started lifting 5 years ago I was around 275lbs FAT and could only push more 115lbs on the bench LOL! Im in the gym 3-4 days a week. Ive kept my diet clean not too dirty I dont eat fast food or anything like that just mainly southern home cooked food lite on the fried stuff though, I dont drink nothing but water & coffee in the mornings I havent touched a cola in over 4 years, supplements 2 protein drinks a day, and a multi vitamin thats it, Im starting my lean-diet this week its the first real diet ive been on since the one I did when I lost all my heavy weight,I figured I could lean down and maybe I wont look to skinny. I am considering doin a cycle it would be my first one I figured I been working out long enough tht my body might handle well I dont know yet? Please give me your comment!! Trust me Im not a baby you can tell me whats up! LOL also I swear to god whenever I take pics of my self there usually the worst so here they are
