    great pics....i'd be interested to know what b.f. you are in those pics...i think i'll be coming in pretty close to that in april for a show....we have similar frames for sure so it's nice to have some motivating pics to keep up with all thise damn chicken rice and greens

    Just show how much you Weight is not always the thing that is important!

    At 180 , he look awsome(due to low body fat and good muscle mass) , and way better than some 200+ pound guys in here.
