With your frame you could easily reach your goal of 255 and them some,Get a good training routine and a good diet going.Luckly there just happens to be tons of info on this site But genetically you have tons of potential.

    Training routine given by coach:

Monday Wednesday and Thursday 6:00am... Yes AM.. I hate my life

    Monday:
Lightweight overhead squats 1X10 for warm up
Back squats 6,5,4,4,2 ending around 90% to 95%
Jump squats or lunges holding 45lb overhead.

    Wednesday:
Lightweight bench 1X10 for warm up
Similar sets to squat for bench
Shoulder complex (Front raises, side, and bent over flies)
Close grip 1X10, Then a set to failure

    Thursday (My favorite)
    Jump shrugs: 225lb 3X8
    High Pulls 2X8
    Hang Cleans 6,5,4,4,2
    Drop squats 1X10
    Wrist flips 1X20

Let me know if I should supplement these lifts. Its very fast paced, I'm pretty worn out afterwards. Thanks!

If your a power athlete you should be focusing on explosive short burst exercises with adequate rest in-between sets. Shoot me a PM I have some a something you can read that will answer a lot of your questions.
