thanks guys
I've always hated calves, I've just never been able to dedicate myself to making them grow. As Arnold said in his book, he had to dedicate 45mins a workout to calves before his got freaky. I just can't do it!
I work ABS once a week, but I use weights on just about everything I do. Weighted crunches, Weighted machine work, and Weighted Leg lifts.

Wow dude! Lookin pretty symetrical! As far as improvement, I'd say back and calves. My quads are also around 28 inches but lacking in the calves. Yours are a pretty good size at 17.5 but they look a little small since your quads are so big.

GREAT physique, bud.
Welcome, big guy.
You'll find quite a few guys who do competitions here. They'll be the guys you'll want to get in touch with. You might find PerfectBeast's log a goldmine of information on diet, workout, gear, and just about everything else you'd want to know.
All the best,

Did you have a bout with gyno it looks like some fatty tissue below the pecs. Sorry not trying to flame or make you self conscious.

At 6 foot I woulda guessed you weighed 220lbs+ with your build. Looking jacked man.

Hey GGallin, no offence taken. Yes I had gyno from my adolescent days(naturally occurring gyno) and I hated it so I had the fatty tissue removed. The only problem is, I was young and dumb at the time and let a general surgeon do the job. I thing a plastic surgeon would have done better.
Thanks for the feed back.
