Hey just wanted some critiques on how I'm doing. I just started about 6 months ago and I've kept it natural the whole time. I'm 5'10" 145 lbs 19 years old. I squat 225 8x deadlift 275 5x and bench 175 6x. Ive been eating a pretty healthy diet i try to stick with at least 2 50g shakes a day but i do eat alot of carbs i dont know if that is good or bad? Any tips on how to gain weight but stay pretty cut?
the darker two are from 3 months of lifting and the other three are about my 6 month mark.
