18 year old bodybuilder off-season
Hey everyone I posted a while back when I first joined the forum. I just wanted to update everyone as of now I am still natural and have decided to compete in a local NPC contest in louisiana. I am 6 ft. 5 in. 275 pounds as of right know. The last time I posted I had a few not beleive my arm measurement but I mesured this morning and they are 19 and 1/2 inches. I just completed a bulking phase where I was eating about unreal amounts of food but it was all clean. I only gained 3 % bodyfat. My strength went through the roof now its time to start cutting down.

your arms are huge man if you cut down a bit and tone up your pecs it would be great over all and your back look real big too

u are a TALL SOB fo'sho.
arms are nice, definetly need to bring ur chest up to par w/ ur arms it will help complete the look

looking good for being 18 or any age. 6ft 5in dam your tall, you could carry 300+ easily.
i would work your back more, really concentrating on contracting the muscles.

Ur arms are great man!good work!i can't really see ur chest as the pic is a bit bad but it seems that with a little more attention u will look massive!

thanks for the feedback these pics were taken by my roomate with a picture phone but I will try to get some digital pictures for the legs.
can my diet be critiqued any for my next bulk
this bulking phase my diet looked like this
breakfast 3 cups cooked oatmeal 4 whole eggs four egg whites
50 grams whey protein 2 slices whole grain bread
16 ounces ground round beef 2 cups dry grape nuts of grape nuts with 12 ounces skim milk
50 grams whey protein , 1 large sweet potato
workout
60 grams whey protein with 7 grams creatine mono and 40 grams dextrose
16 ounces ground round beef 2 large sweet potatoes 2 slices whole grain bread
half gallon skim milk before bed

750 grams of carbs 3000 calories
95 grams of fat 855 calories

when I start to get tired at night while im laying down I will get up and chug it. At only $2.20 here in louisiana its a bargain.

I was the one who didnt believe your arm size. And I guess its not fair to say I dont "believe" you, but just when you look at other people with 19" arms they appear much bigger. I suppose its just because you are so tall that for your arms to appear extra big they will need to be over 20" for sure.
So I didnt mean to knock your accomplishments or anything, its just that I know Mark Dugdale has 19.5" arms and I mean...

Well, i'm 6'2" and have long ass arms and they are 18"..they look much much smaller than that

Hey Soulstealer,
I bet there are plenty of shorter guys that would gladly give up an inch on their arms for an extra inch on their height. You can always build up your arms with dedication but growing taller is a biotch! lol.

yeah my bi's have stayed between 18-19" and most people say mine dont look that big either so dont sweat it.
