Airborne Kid 1 month so far -can you see a difference?
Hi my previous post is below the page titled "Please help me with your knowledge"
So far its been 4 weeks onto my program to lose weight and cut (I want abs). I want to post monthly reports just to keep me going.
Can any of you see a difference?

You look like you lost some weight. Good work! I'm guessing...10 pounds? What are the stats and goals you want to achieve?

most definately see some progress, remember the keys to getting abs is diet and cardio. you can train those abs all u want but without a low bodyfat percentage they just wont show. good luck bro!

I weighed myself 2 weeks and I lost 1kg I haven’t weighed myself yet. I’m don’t really have any specific stats in mind but my goal is to look like the Mens Health cover models or in my previous topic like member “cpitt”
I try do 40 minutes of low intensity cardio mon – fri but sometimes I only do 20 minutes because of time management,
I stopped drinking 5 weeks ago and I don’t smoke.
I eat a lot of protein and very little carbs.
Morning – fat free yogurt or piltchards
Mid - protein Shake with 6 egg whites mixed in
Lunch – Tuna with 2 boiled eggs (one with yolk, the other I remove yolk)
Mid – I have nothing as gym is 17:30
Supper – Chicken breast and vegetables
I do allow my self to eat what I want on Saturdays and Sundays but it is kept in moderation. Eg. One biscuit or a small packet of chips but will only have it once and I wont have another.
Do you think I should be eating right from mon – sun?

Get away from those chips man! They ruined me and it took me 4 years to lose all the extra fat!

I wouldnt cheat 2 days in a row either. 1 day per week max if your really trying to cut. I allow myself two meals a week.
Also that really isnt much protein in a day. You will plateau quickly. You should go to the diet forum.
