    19 yrs old 5'9 195

    Hey, been checking out the board for a while. I've been training for sports for a few years, got real sick with meningitis and mono at the same time, lost 50 pounds from being bed ridden and finally got back up to about my normal weight with a little more bf. Been training hard for about 6 months after almost a year off.(Dr.'s orders). Feel free to critique, dont care if your mean just aslong as your honest, keep in mind I've gained almost 30lbs in the past 6months. all natural as if u couldn't tell .

    Agreed, your upper body size would make me put you around 175. But you are also at that kinda in between stage where you arent too big and bulky but not cut either so its hard to judge.

    What is your plan? Bulk or cut down?

    just got weighed in at the hospital, pretty sure their scale is legit. i think im gunna try and bulk for a little longer, about a month or so then tighten up for summer.

    cool not a bad idea, you have a nice base to start from bro just keep ur diet in check and keep training hard and you will reach ur goals with no problem.
