    Little maggot

Heres some pics of me with a maggot body. been working out for about 2 months 5 days a week using the workout from arnies enecylopedia of modern bodybuilding but i missed 2 weeks in the start of january while my car was getting fixed

i dont think my biceps are as small as they appear there cause im pretty pale so you cant see the definition but whatever. my stats are 200lb last time i checked 1 month ago & im 6'4 anyone got any idea of bf%?

You're making good progress, but quit sucking your stomach in when you take photos.

At 4 months i did sdrol and at 10 months i did pplex. Got amazing results in size and strength from sdrol but only strength gains from the pplex. My bench went from doing a couple of reps of 100kg to 8 reps of 110kg.

apart from that its just been diet and working out yeah. i plan on doing some test about mid year.

That would've been my guess...we have very similar builds (I'm 6'4"/225 lbs...I think thats about 102 kgs?)

Great transformation...especially the chest (which is tough for us long armed guys!)

You'll blow up on doing test and love it! (I finished a 12 week Cyp cycle in November and kept a solid 17 lbs)

    Good luck and good work!

Not to sound like a juice head but WTF it is called Steriod dot com - LOL - Buddy you'll do extremely well w/ the test this year. You have a great base and are looking very lean. It's reallly great that you got so far in a short time - At 22 be sure you do your PCT well so your nutz don't go into shock. And remember when you do go on test - you'll need 2x as much food! Props man.

BTW - isn't it summer in NZ? Where's the tan! LOL

Nice work. Looks like the kind of diet I used when I was your age, it worked well. Keep it up to protect those gains. - It's much harder when you get a bit older.
