    Collection of pictures of me before and after cycles

    Hey guys, im getting a few emails to send pics of me before my cycle and during cycles, so i just post them all up here. Here are pics of me before my first cycle , lean at 170lbs

    Here are pics of me during my 2 bulk cycles , i injured my shoulder during this process so my weight dropped down to 175 when i took a long break off gym, so both those cycles i pretty much look the same bulking up. I bulked up to 215lbs

    What does your diet look like?

    Some great progress there. You looked good before your first cycle and showed good progress BEFORE cycling. Some of the noobies should look at those pictures to see what can be done naturally before they start to think about cycling!!

    nah i dont compete. I dont think i would do well , since i am not natural, if you take a look at the guys my weight up on the stage that arent natural they're so much ahead of me.. infact i dont think i could even win a natural comp with my body now.

    I didnt really have a particular diet i stuck to while bulking up . I was just trying to fit as many calories as i could. High protein , high carb and moderate fat.

    A typical day would be breakfast i have 6 egg whites and 1 whole egg , oatmeal, 2 bananas and a multivitamin

    mid morning i would drink N Large 2 ( weight gainer ) with skim milk

    Lunch i would have a big steak , with potato and broccoli.

    Meal between lunch and dinner - some fish with sweet potato

    Dinner i would have something similar , but probably change it to chicken or fish , with rice. That or i have pasta.

    Prebed i would have the same thing as above , i dont really have much variety its almost all the same while bulking , just fish chicken turkey or beef with rice , potato , pasta or veggies.

    Before bed i would have a drink of any slow release protein.

    For cutting up i measured my calories to my weight in lbs x 10, with a ratio of 30% protein , 10-15% carbs and 50-55% fat.

    An example of that would be breakfast i have 3 whole eggs , cheese, carrots, small piece of avocado and 3 fish oil tablets, with some bcaa's

    lunch i would have extra lean beef, 2 pieces of turkey bacon, small piece of avocado , cheese , spinach, zuchinni, tomato and 3 fish oil tabs.

    dinner is the same as lunch but i might change the beef with salmon.

    pre bed i would have 2-3 whole eggs and 3 fish oil tabs

    i forgot to write i would have roughly 4-5 litres water during dieting.

    i tend to lose weight pretty fast with this diet, even when i was natural i was on this diet and i didnt use t3 or clen , just over the counter hydroxycut.
