    23yrs-old, 5'9" @ 190lbs [PICS]

This was me at 190lbs a few months ago. I'm down to around 185lbs right now.

I'm not symmetrical at all and don't have very good genes. I know this because everybody in my family (including extended family, cousins, uncles, etc.) has bad genes. So unfortunately, I have to make be.

My build is that of a Mongol Barbarian if I were to compare it to anything. Stickly bulk and no definition at all. I'm of an Asian ethnic background (Hmong) if that matters.

I'm the type that absolutely just can't get my BF down. Tried everything. Clean macros, fat burners, everything! I've also plateaued with my lifting too. Seems like I can't get much stronger and I strictly train for strength and size. 5x5.

I don't look 190lbs at all. I normally ask a lot of people to guess my weight. Most put me in at around 170lbs. They're shocked when I tell them that I'm a lot heavier. I've come to a conclusion that I must have dense bone structure.

I'm going to do a very basic AAS cycle:
    -12 weeks Test E 400mg
-4 week kickstart of Dbol 30mg

and a PCT of: Nolvadex + Aromasin

Looking to get up to a good 205-210lbs.

    Go easy on me...

Im sorry but you are just plain kidding yourslef in this post. You whine about poor genes and say that you cannot lose more BF. The only thing that is poor about you is your motivation and dedication. If you followed my diet and training 100% then i garuantee you will be sub 10% BF and i will improve your bench numbers, I was 300lb at 30+% BF I have crap genetics. The bottom line is that none of our bodies can defy science. Its calories in Vs calories out and your putting in either too many or the wrong kind (or both im betting). List your diet and training routine and stop looking for the lazy way out.

^^^^^^ agreed! Get your diet and training straight. As said many times before, AAS is not a magic bean or an easy way out.

    hey bro,

I think if you try dieting correctly and training harder, you will achieve your goal of getting down to 12%. Losing fat isnt hard at all with correct diet and cardio. Dont worry about the steroids at the moment , they wont help you lose any fat at all.

    Good luck

    Your attitude needs work.

Try getting a training partner that has similar or higher goals than you. I train with people who are bigger faster and stronger than me. Call it shallow, but I am competitive by nature, and when I see someone else do something better than me, it pushes me. Stop focusing on the end result of having a great physique and work on paving the road to get there.

And if there is one thing that I've learned from this place...if you think your diet and workout program is spot on...you are sorely mistaken. Post it here, and those who know what they are talking about will rip it. It might hurt your feelings, but just look at some of these guys. They know what they are doing. Even if you were eating/training well, they can help you find the holes. It looks like you need to start from the beginning though.

    No juicy juice yet.

Just start eating right and training. Everything will fall in place from there. Maybe run a 12 week cycle of 50-60mg Anavar everyday would help a lot.

I agree 100% with PB. Absolutely right. It comes down to just plain laziness. If you tell yourself you cant lose any more bf than you wont.

You just dont have the tools to do it yet, ie. the correct dietary and training approach.
