    I guess you are looking for comments...

    Looking solid. I'd work on width. Don't know if it's the camera angle, but I can't see your Biceps in the back pic. If it isn't the angle, work on them.

    Other than that I'd say just get bigger...

    smash lats and biceps and just go for thickness. weighted close grip and wide grip chins ...lookin good

    Any machines that can accomplish this goal? Just do a wide and close grip lat pulldown? Wide/close crip rows, etc? Or is there more a benefit to doin the chins? Nonetheless, thanks for the help guys!

    barbell rows. work up to doin weighted chins on a fixed bar but different thing for different people. keep at it your looking great

    id say you look great, and i would have guessed you were heavier than 145lbs.

    Check out the workout forum, and for CrossroadS, yes it is the camera angle, or more so his posing in the back pic that makes his biceps appear non-existent.

    TIP- next time you hit that pose for any reason, rotate your arms further back at the elbow, and it will make your arms look 2 x as developed
