It looks like you should focus a bit more on proper diet, how is yours now?

you look like you have a nice muscle build just cut some of that excess fat off and you should be ready to go. Visit the diet forum and post what you come up with here and we will critique it. Even though my diet has been out of wack lately

i would say lean out a bit your bulking a little to much....

throw in a good H.I.T. work out twice a week. And cut out some sodium from your diet. But if you insist on bulking more dont sacrifice your carbs just choose them wisely,.

my diet has flaws, i wont lie. Some days i dont get enough calories, some days i over do it. i cheat like 4 times a week. my diet is the hardest thing for me to get, and i dont do cardio that much.

in october i was more cut, but not as big. i wanted more size, then i was gonna cut, but i stopped cardio, stopped my strict diet and slacked when it came to properness. i still eat clean for the most part. Starting this month i wanted to change this, and all this spring/summer change my routine, or diet and try to change my body and get lean, but still try to add size.

this is gonna be hard to do, Its hard to add much size/mass while leaning out. A 16" cut bicep generally looks better and bigger then an 18" chubby bicep. Your gonna lose size by cutting up, not to much you can do to avoid that. I'm not one to talk with diet because I love food but you should def step up cardio. A goal of gaining mass and size is great but you dont want to slip up and let you BF get to far out of control to bring back to a normal range.

if you carry on what your doing you are going to get know were.olnt fatter then your gonna have to bust your balls to get rid of the fat then what will you do?bulk again=fat..

Emu....rule of thumb i was raised with 40+ years ago...low weight, high reps equal definition....high weight, low reps equal bulk....set up a spread sheet...you'll see total pounds lifted in a workout of low weight, high reps will equal a bulk workout....you'll just cut instead of swell.

Cut off that fat layer starting with 3 days of cardio a week first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for thirty minutes each at 65 to 75% MHR, slowly ramp up the time over the first three weeks to 45 minutes per session and then add an additional day of cardio per week over the next two weeks to a max of 5 days a week at 45 minutes per session. By the time you get to the sixth week you will be very happy with results, as long as your diet isn't sh"t. Whatever you do, don't start going light weight - high reps on your weight training. You want to still lift big weights while trimming down, because the heavy weight is gowing to help you keep all that muscle you've got hidden away. Try to keep your weight training sessions to under a hour, because the weights and the cardio have a tendency to drain you. So bust your azz for an hour and then get out and rest. Hope this maybe helped you some. There is a lot more info to give, but my fingers are tired, and I'm just a lazy person. Good luck bro. If you need any more help email me bro.
