    4 months

    Heres Working out..
    Steroid FREE!!
    First pic is 9 months ago..weight is 145(most of it is in my legs)
    Second Pic is 6 moths after ..weight is 160
    and my current pic is my avatar...weight is 165

    I got wonderful hairy legs which i dont choose to post...so thats y its the upper

    I started training at 112lbs...so im a lot bigger than i used to be..i used to have a SUNKEN chest etc and be a stick..
    im 22 and 5'9 so far no cycles, just getting bigger naturlly

    and sorry its supposed to say 9 months

    whats your diet/training routine?
    i'd say your on the right track. Stay off AAS until you know how to diet properly.

    im following the bulking cycle in the diet forum...which is tough but im doing it...and im training 5 days a week

    legs monday
    chest tri's tuesday
    back bi's wed
    shoulders thurs
    legs again friday
    core throughout each
