New Member - Need some advice! =)

Hey everyone, I've been browsing these forums for several months now and finally decided to sign-up.

At the end of my senior year in high school I weighed 194 pounds and was pretty overweight. I started lifting weights at the end of July in that year (2007). I lost around 40 pounds, dropped to around 150-155'ish and lost a lot of fat. I'm sure I did some things wrong haha, because I would go day or two and eat maybe a can of tuna or half a chicken breast during that time, as well as doing 2-3 hours of cardio whenever I could throughout the day. In October, I really started lifting to get bulk on because I had gotten so skinny and once I started noticing results I became obsessed and started lifting 5-6 times a week. Well, now I weigh around 180 and just got done with a bulking cycle, so I know my body fat may be a bit higher than normal, but I'm going to be doing some cutting here pretty soon mixed with clean diet and a little more cardio.

Just wondering what everyone here thinks needs the most improvement and what needs the least. Thanks for the support and your opinion! =) I'm really looking towards playing college ball next year as well.

The picture was taken about 2 weeks ago, and I'll get some more up here tommorow! Thanks again!

(Sorry, forgot about my age. I just turned 19.)

Good job for loosing the weight.

Diet is going to be key, plenty of good diet advice here from some very knowledgeable members.

Would need to see more pics to say what areas need improving to catch up with the rest.

From your post it sounds like you made great natural gains, I would keep doing what you're doing and worry about a cycle later.
