    Love Handles!!!

    I have been busting my ass in the gym and diet has been mostly strict. my stomach and the rest of me is changing but my love handles never go away!!! i want a six pack this summer but doesnt look like it's going to happen. any suggestions?....................by the way these are my stats

    age: 19
    Weight: 205 lbs
    Height: 6'1''

    six pack comes with diet and cardio. What are you doing in those areas ?

    it looks to me like you just have structurally large hips. i do too...but on top of that, if you were to cut weight and drop some bodyfat, they would reduce drastically. regardless your lookin good man youve got a fair amount of muscle on your frame. keep hittin it brutha!

    I know there is always a debate between eating and dieting, but I have been seeing results by getting up in the morning and walking on a treadmill before eating anything or drinking anything to spike my sugar levels.
    Also, you do not have to kill yourself, just get your heart rate up a bit and keep it there.
    I also work out in the afternoon and eat well, but this extra bit has been helping me.

    Im 3 weeks out from my bodybuilding contest.
    I've been doing cardio in the am + my normal workout but also keeping my heart rate between certain #'s.
    I had to change my diet + do cardio more at low intensity levels.
    I have seen major changes, thanks to my trainer also.
    My 6 pix and obliques are coming in and I'm much leaner and tighter also.
    Its all in the diet and cardio, I've been on CLEN and lipo 6x and hydroxycut.
    Its all about diet and cardio not a shortcut.

    Similar build to me before I started my second cycle, but you have a little more fat. I'm pretty cut across my whole body, but my love handles and hips hold fat. I promised myself I wouldn't worry about it during this cycle, I wanted to gain what I can. I am eating clean, but probably a few too many carbs just to make sure I'm not cutting myself short on gains.

    I'll second everyone's opinions...you've really got to nail down your diet man, and it won't go away if you don't burn it off...
