Question End of 1st Cycle - Rec's for future 2nd one?

Hello. I finished my first deca and test prop cycle about three weeks ago. At least for me I was happy with the results. I have dropped 20lbs since the cycle ended but do not feel I have lost muscle. My goal is to have more of an athletic/swimmer's build than have huge muscles. That being said, here are my current stats:
    42 years old
    220lbs
    6'-4"
I don't know all my measurements, but my chest is approx. 47"
Body fat (taken by gym worker) = 18.5%

I have enough test prop for my second cycle and I am wondering what some of the more advanced/knowledgeable folks think I should add to it for my second cycle. I had no problems with gyno on the first cycle, nor was it a problem doing daily injections for me. Most of the novice/beginner cycles don't use test prop as part of the cycle. Since I have alot left over I would like to use it if possible. One cycle I saw in a thread titled, "Post your dream cycle," was :

    weeks 1-8 prop 100mg eod
    weeks 1-8 npp 100mg eod
    weeks 1-4 tbol 60mg ed
weeks 5-8 var 60/70 mg ed
    Letro on hand for gyno
    clomid and aromasin for pct

Would this be considered too advanced a cycle. My feeling is the forum is going to say yes since I have one cycle under my belt. As it was considered someone's dream cycle though, I thought I'd put it out there.

I need to know exactly what you eat. Post that here and also post it in the diet forum where narkissos and novastepp are giving out free advice.

6'4" and 220 is pretty small at 18.5% BF. Get your diet up for the guys to tweak. If you lost fat you would just be skinny. I'd personally do that first, and work until you've dropped 10lbs. of fat or so, then start a good, clean bulking diet. Once you've got that and your training under control, you should start putting on muscle and not fat. Then use AAS from there.

Audis4 and Crossroads, thanks for your input/interest thus far. It is a little frustrating when you put yourself out there for critique and help and everyone looks but so few comment. Audis4, as you suggested I also put my diet in the diet forum.

Audis4, I guess you've seen my diet that I posted. I haven't put up better pics yet. The main reason being I am covered with acne on my entire chest, stomach and back. Pretty embarrassing for some one 42. It is finally getting under control but far from clear. I guess my body was reacting to the test and now no test. Anyway, I didn't want anyone to think I was folowing through, but at this point it is too severe to post for me.

I missed the fact that you are in your 40's. Your hormones may not be enough. Have you been to the doctor to have bloodwork done?

I too didn't want to be huge, but that doesn't last very long. The good thing is I have another 30-50 lbs. to gain before anyone would think "monster".

Well here are some pics. Looking at them I of course see lots of room for improvement. I guess what you don't see is where I was in the begining - gut, barrel chest, love handle/innertube, etc. As I mentioned initially, my body fat was calculated to be 18.5%. I am still at 220lbs, down from 240lbs when I was on my deca and test prop cycle.

    ^^ok, just got your message.
I would guess your probly in the 14% BF arena, judging by your first pic.

Hold off on cycle #2. I really would forget about the juice for now. Lets focus on your diet and get that in concrete.

I would like to see you on a good solid cutting diet and I will help you out. Get a diet up with macros and we'll go from there.

    Good luck!

    Your total cals are 2,200.

    I'm 5ft 6", 154lb 9% BF and my maintainance carbs are 2,500 and 3,000 while bulking.

Have you googled a BMI (BMR) calculator to work out your cal requirements?

I'm working that out now. I had done it previously when I began my first cycle but I need to revisit it. Thanks.
