That body can make most 25 year ols cringe with a complex.Seriously bro..u should think of competing in the masters(if u haven't done that already).Can you pls share your knowledge with the board?Training history..diet...how to break plateaus(I am sure u have broken many).Really u inspire me!

    You should be the poster child for what weight training and nutrition can do for you. I can't imagine anyone not wanting to look like that at any age never the less in their 50's. Your the reason I get up and go to the gym everyday.
