    my new training video..LOL

    well ive had some requests for training videos, and what kind of routine im doing in lew of my recovery...so i jsut set up my webcam and recorded my workout. but the file was too long, it wouldnt let me post it on youtube..so i gave it to my little sister to cut into little pieces with her movie maker program, and she did, hahaha..she also added some theme music, and it was so stupid/hilarious i thought i would post it. anyway other than pushups this is pretty much an accurate telling of my workout. haha minus the tunes.

    uhh, i have no idea how big they are..the biggest theve been is 21 pumped, i weighed around 245 but definately had more bodyfat. im 203 right now

    Nice thats crazy for being Nat. You need to get in a gym, then in 5 years enter a pro qualifier then go for the Olympia lol! That would be great!

    nah im out of the gym righ now, what you see in this video is all i do for training, i use one 20 lb dumbell, and do failure sets with both arms then curl it with both hands at the same time, with some sets of pushups in between. im nursing injuries(torn abdomenal muscles) so i havent been able to workout heavy in about 10 months.

    thanks man....my diet is nothing specific. i pretty much just try and eat healthy as often as i can..i start work at like 11 and usually only eat one meal during the day, then ile eat supper when i get home, and another meal before bed. inbetween ile snack onsome shit here and there. thats about it. i probably get in like 150-200 g's of protien a day, 200 g's of carbs, 2700 calories or so..im not sure, i haven really been strict with it. i jsut eat as healthy and as often as i can.

    Man... That's cool.
    Looks like your Bi's start at the elbow. Mine start a good 2cm up. Yours are seriously thick too. I think its amazing that you can maintain size like that with a 20lb dumbell. When my cycle finishes next week I'm going to try 1 month of high reps, 10-15 range and see what happens.

    thanks orbo...if your joints are an issue i would try the high rep thing, but if not, ide say theres no substitute for heavy lifting. isolation has a place in any training program imo but ideally ide say its best to use it as more of a burn out. or, i would keep your heavy training days, but throw in an alternating light day to change things up. thats what i always did when i was training heavy.

    as much as i can..basically i do whatever im capable of doing without kicking the shit out of myself with a 20 lb dumbell. sometimes its 4 sets sometimes its more, but i always work out untill i cant anymore. that rhymed.

    it depends on your goals/situation. ive benched 455 before, squatted 500 x 8 was curling the 80's no problem...but im recovering from injuries, obviously strength isint what counts for me, if i picked up th 100 lb dumbells i might seriosly f' somethin up. i shouldnt be training atall, i know that..i just miss the gym man, i cant help it..so i do what i can, and what you see in that video is pretty much it.
