they're in porportion to my body ill try to get a pic up, they're cut up pretty nice. Had to buy all new jeans![]()
shoulders and arms look to be your strong point, lower back and chest are lagging....particularly chest, maybe Its the angle of pics? 185lbs/315 ratio wouldnt normally have me thinking that though....
lookin good man, nice lifts too for your weight thats a good ratio. glad to see you had some size before hopping on any sauce too, right on. if you have the time or are interested you should keep a log of your cycle on here, ide definately be interested in reading it, if not, keep us posted and updated on your progress none the less, im sure you'll be hittin far beyond 200 on this cycle.

just to keep you guys up to date i took these today. this is one week into the deca/test and about a month off the dbol test. so far up 3 pounds since starting the cycle. let me know what you think.

whoa man k you already started but especially your young to alot you need more than 4 weeks off cycle.
did you do pct after test dbol. what was your dosage and length.
if your going with deca i hope you have a good pct pre pared. and for young guys alot will say you need atleast the amount of time you spend on spend that off before you cycle again. even some will go half the time they spent on to rest and jump back on
4 weeks isnt enough. and if you didnt do a pct first time it isnt good man.
just trying to help you already started your next cycle but deca is supressive to make sure you get a good pct set up. Try Anothny roberts PCT alot of guys recomend it for those 19 nors like tren and deca which are very surpressive.
but hey man good size increase. looks like your training diet is good. how many calories you going a day on this bulker.
i started nolvadex my last week on the first cycle and used it for a month. I was taking 20mg of nolva a day. I can get my hands on pct fairly easy i was debating between nolva again or clomid this time. Thanks for the comment, when im not working and have time to really pack it in im taking in around 4500+ calories a day. thanks to jiesel and thetank as well.
You look good and strong, you may want to pay more attention to your chest, overall nice work.
i dont know much about pct but for deca nolvadex alone wont be good enough. you also didnt take alot of time off so you will need a really strong pct and would weight longer after this one if you run again or decide to.
awsome man keep those cals and protein up that was some good results though.
lol the first and second pics look different though try to take pics in different lighting. it can often be hard to judge people by home pics in bad lighting but you can see the improvement.
Neither Nolvadex alone or clomid alone with be sufficient for that cycle, especially since you started it right after finishing your last cycle. A good PCT for test/deca is Anthony Roberts PCT: http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=209758.

I second/third all the comments about your age, PCT, and proximity of cycles. You do look very good though. Chest lags a bit, but I think it's because your arms look pretty big. What's your arm measurement?

thanks, im gonna do a full 6-8 weeks of pct after this cycle to get myself hopefully back to normal. My arms are 19" right now
my updatee: well i just did my 2nd deca shot, im up 4.5lbs already so its lookin good so far! strength is pretty much the same, everything feels fine i hope the weight gains are steady like this
well its a little over a month in now, im weighin in around 203-205 in the mornings now. ill try to get pics of asap.
yea, lets see them, dont forget to post some of the wheels too. So we can see a proportionality. Good job so far! Hope the chest workout is coming along. I am in the same boat as my chest lacks size. When you do dumbbells, what weight are you using for how many reps?
