My Pics, New member!!!
Ok,
Ok, im 18 yrs been training on off for 4 months
started in april stopped in june for my hols then started 1 weeks ago..
I do boxing every night but two and train them two so alot of cardio involved.....
Dont flame, just critisize and help me improve,

if you're 156 lbs that means you are 11 stone 2. (14lbs = 1 stone)
and you've only been training 4 months? thats pretty good!
I take it you're from the uk?

Dont give up brother - You can do it. Concentrate on mass building exercise but maybe focus a little more one one body part over the next twelve weeks like - blasting your shoulders. Huge shoulders makes everyone look big - good luck!
