New Guy, some pics. Lot of work i have
Hey guys I'm brand new to this forum and i want to get back in shape. Soo.. how much work do i have... I know it's a shitload of work and i am prepared for it. I use to in pretty good shape actually but if i don't work out i get big fast and my appetite dosn't help.

25 yrs old
I can pretty much work out a decent diet for myself but would it be good if i use a good cutting drug to speed up my results?. I know steroids is outta the question as of now. But any help would be greatly appreciated. I stepped on the scale today the first time in like 5 months and was amazed at how much weight i gained and decided to join this forum for help support and knowledge as i have been on these boards for about a year and a half. So toady is the day i change my life around

Hey Joxx,
Good luck bro and its great you decided to get in shape. Being healthy will benefit you in so many ways. I would just hit the diet forum. Start their and do a shit ton of Cardio. I am sure some vets will help out to. I don't feel I know enough to start handing out drug advice, so I will leave that to the mods/vets. Anyway man keep us posted

Hi Joxx, congrats on getting into shape. The hardest part of working out is just movtivating yourself to actually go to the gym. Once you are there the rest falls into place.
Anyways I just wanted to comment real quick on you using something to help you cut. I am guessing you were referring to Clen /T3. Personally I would stay away from those. I am not trying to be hard on you but diet/cardio is what you need right now and you will see that if those two are in check then that is all you need to lose the weight you are going to want to lose.
Just at your size using Clen could be a health risk because you may have high blood pressure already and you need to get that in check before you even think about using clen. But I am looking forward to you working out and seeing your resluts. Good luck to you.

At your size i wouldn't use anything but clean food and lots of water. Like said above the make or break for you right now is diet and cardio with of course some weights.

Clean diet and plenty of effort will get ya to ya goals!
Looks like ya still a fairly big dude underneath, so im sure ya can burn a shed load of cal when working out!

Please post your diet that you eat on a daily basis...we'll help dial that in for you spot on. Make sure to include all the macros too (pro/cho/fat/total cals).

I congratulate you on making the decision to get fit and healthy., I was a big boy too. It ain't gonna be easy and definitely not overnight but you can do it.

Have a positive attitude and you'll make great progress but I think that with a high protien/low carb diet and lots of cardio, you can make a huge change naturally and then maybe later if you need it, use the drugs.

Good choice !
Just do a shitload of cardio and do a proper diet ... don't starve yourself like how I did pretty much lol. There are a ton of guys here who can help.

Whats up all, I haven't been really active in a while but I'm back. Just wanted to give you all an update on my progress. I am down to 261 lbs since this morning. I been hitting the gym hard as i can, but my diet isn't in order like is should be. Don't know if any of you guys heard of a ketogenic diet; i am on that diet. I will take some pics of myself later and post them, and hopefully get some help with my diest as well. I'll get back with my diet and pics later. Cya
