been tryin to figure this out for a while....lets see if i got it.
Im 218 here all natural before mr needle met met mr pale white arse cheek. Ill try and get some other pics as to show my progress... ive been up to 232 at my peak...227 currently. Its a pain to hold weight with all the running and such with football...plus ive been injured for a while.
lets hope i got it hehe...
