    In need of advice (pic)

    Hi.
Im 18, 5.9, 125, every male in my family is over 6.3.
I have a small frame and skinny as hell it gives me a lot of insecurities about myself and I feel like I have to work harder to get respect from people.
I dont mean to bitch here, but I am frustrated with my body, so I want to do something about it.
I have a small bone structure, anything can help me with that ?
In 2 weeks I will start exercising seriously..I pretty much know what to eat, but I need help on choosing a supplement..
All advice and Critics are welcome.
I hope I am seeking advice in the right place.

    Thanks.

i'm sure everyone will tell you about the same thing.

EAT, EAT... and when you feel like you're gonna throw up... eat a little more.

Start weight training, if you aren't already (looks as though you are).

Eggs, spinach, chicken, fish, turkey =] ?

In two weeks I will start weight training, I lifted weights for couple of months about 5 months ago, but then stopped.

I am really determined now, and nothing can stop me ..

So is there anythings I can use to help me gain lean muscle and wider frame ?

    Thanks.

get hold of a high calorie protein shake (i use mammoth 2500 from universal nutrition, and love it) have one or two of these per day (no more than that) and atleast 4 solid food meals each day. Consume a shake right after your workout.

Include beef, chicken, turkey, fish, and eggs as your protein sources

Pasta, potatoes, yams, oatmeal, breads and rice for your carbohydrate sources.

These are good solid basic principles to follow as for diet.

Good luck, and keep us updated on your progress

watch these five vids bro. supps are no substitute for quality whole foods. imo at your age i'd rather spend my money on chicken and tuna than protein shakes. 4 eggs, wheat germ, natural yogurt, couple of tlbs of honey and high protein milk did me fine for years. good luck.

Thank you so much to all of you guys.
You have been very, very helpful.
I went to the gym 2 days ago benched only 110lbs when I weight 125lbs ( could of done more but ddnt want to push it too hard) and now my hands, chest everything is sore like never before.

I also read about switching your routine is very important ..

I dont have a routine yet, but I will start my 'serious' training in a week.
