Since everyone and their gma has been asking I decided I'd hop on board and see where I stand with my BF%. So go head and poke fun. Please be respectful. I'm guessing Im around 16-18%, I was 15.3%, 2.5 months ago when I was 205lbs. I'm now hovering around 223-225lbs. I'm 6'0 by the way.
Looking at alot of other pics I notice I seem to lag the formation of my Inner chest, while my chest is not weak by any means. What workouts could I focus on to bring the area up to par? Obviously lowering my BF slightly would help.
