Well guys here it is...This is my current status. I'm 5'-11" and 222 lbs and it has been 3 years since I let my self go and now I'm slowly getting myself back on the road to perfection. So consider this my before picture and I'll keep you all posted on my progression.

waist is coming down nicely. That was your first month back at the gym, so minimal development as your body was getting used to resistance training again.

Next 3-6 months will show a big change. Hit the delts hard... you already have wide lats and big capped delts will complete the v-taper.

well i can tell you did lean out a tad bit, not bad for a months work, also your developing a little bit on your chest. Keep at it bro, youve got nothing to lose, but fat of course!
