pics of me try not to laugh
Hi guys before I even start I know I am not ready for AAS.. came to this site thninkin I was ready, even ordered some gear online and ended up getting scammed but started making progress after visiting the diet froum so I am going to wait till I hit 200. As of this morning I am 182 lbs before breakfast (-+ a couple of pounds depending on the time of day) and 6' tall. I am much stronger than I look and I have put on 40 lbs since I started lifting a few years ago. here are my pics of shame of what I am starting with after talking a break for a couple of months.
and since nobody is going to believe that I've been lifting for years here are the stretch marks to prove it
the idiot at 24 hour fitness has been trying to convince me I have 10% bf after a caliper test but i think its closer to 13-15
Here are more stats
bench max 200 lbs, (pro a little more.. stopped using the barbell)
squat 360 lbs,
right arm is 14"
left is ~13.5"
chest is 39"
waist at the belly button is 32
hips 34.5
sorry bout the pj pics and I could really use advice on my flat chest, started a new diet in april and have noticed strength gains and a little bit of fat loss without actually gaining weight...Last edited by MR_T; 06-05-2008 at 01:33 PM. Reason: grammer error lol

well you have got some strength in those little guns. I bench 240 and my arms are 17.5" but 240 is all the weight I have.

And you could be at 10% BF cause I got my BF done a couple weeks ago and they told me 15%.

no laughing here. it takes balls to post pics. some guys have been on here for years and never posted a thing. so many props to you
you have a good structure. just hit up the diet forums and learn. thats going to be pivotal to goals.
i used to have a chest like yours. i know its corny, but the thing that really popped my chest out was pushups!!! so maybe throw them in there. as a warm up before benching. but try cable crossovers for your chest. hit the dumbbells hard. and dips. dips will help stretch those muscles and work the inner.

for your bi's (cuz everyone one loves big bi's) i found that just 2 exercises with alot of concentration and holding brought out mine.
barbell curls. and hammer curls. the bis are a small muscle. you dont need to do 3 or 4 exercises to really blast them. thats for the pros.
just concentrate on taking like 3 seconds to lower the weight, 2 to lift it and hold it for a sec. while really flexing all the muscles in your bi's.
hope this helps

You can achieve your goal. I started out at 5'11" and 185 lbs and I went to 204 lbs in about 3 months. I ate a lot and had plenty of protein shakes and even weight gainer. Try some prohome stuff. There are some good pro-hormone stuff out there and you it works! Make sure you ore the PCT for it afterwards, because like I found out the hard way, you can get gyno from Pro-hormones.
Send me a PM and I can give you some more info on where to get some good Supps and Talk to a guy that is really knowledgable. You won't get scammed!

without a doubt you should head to the diet forum and learn how to create a proper bulking diet. you are no where near being ready for aas. even at 200 pounds i dont think you'll be ready.
