Nice progress, my only critique would be the 18 month pic. The "arms crossed with pants open" look doesn't do much for me.

when it was taken, i was just getting dressed, me and my friend dave were kidding around..i was like "im huge", cross my arms, and mimmick those 140lb kids in the gym who stand like that, or puff their chests out and walk around like a chicken/rooster.

he snapped the pic. which i like...minus the undone fly

    Nice transformation, bud!

"No cellphone use allowed in the locker room"

    Nice progress buddy!
So you've gone from chub/bear to twink to muscleboy? A natural metamorphosis. When did you move from the suburbs to the city?

That's quite a big physical transformation! Looks like you've got the work-out sorted. How's your diet looking? I think you may not be realizing the full benefit of your program due to insignificant calories and protein. Are you trying to avoid bulking-up/getting fat again? Do you have a naturally fast metabolism, or do you have to fight for every pound lost?

    Cheers,

    -BigLittleTim

i have to fight hard for every pound lost....

im eating about 2700-2900 cals a day usually. will post up my diet soon. my diet changed many times over the 2 1/2 years. every time i set out to reach a "goal", my mindset and direction would change, as did the workouts and diet.

i originally wanted to just lose weight, get the small lean build.

so, i nailed that bout 8 months in. i started seeing muscle, so i thought i wanted more of the built swimmers build...so i got that.... then i wanted more.

it never ends, as we all know. program wise, im pretty damn happy. diet wise, it changed again during my last cycle, and i tightened it in more recently.

it was hard for me when i initally lost weight to start eating more. working so hard and eating so trim, my mindset was a huge hurdle in trying to gain more mass....
