Congrats on losing as much as you have though. How much have you lost total?

I also heard of Clen to speed up the process of loosening BF , anyone have any good experience with this and what do you guys think ? Should I start dieting more with Clen?

I think mid 20's is an accurate assessment. You might want to start mixing in more, and heavier resistance training as you are starting to get into the "skinny fat" territory. Congrats and the weight loss, keep up the hard work.
I used clen. I got jittery all the time that I was on it and my heart rate was at full speed the whole time.
Definitelly high 20's.
1) Better diet and alot of cardio.
2) Don't even think of doing steroids until you get your bf% down. Also there is a sign of gyno.
does annnnnnyone have any good source to buy Clen ? ive been hearing allot of bad stuff about our sponsor AAR.
in pill formation if possible ?
I would say. High 20s low 30s.. And I'm 5'9 200 and I'm 22ish
