well, fellas thank you very much for the compliments, and I have been trying to bulk up. I have been eating and drinking everything the past 8 weeks. 300 grams of protein a day...I could lay a brick house with the craps I have been taking.....ok too much information. I am not trying to get lean, but it has just been happening.
I am 232lbs right now...trying to get to 260ish.

Oh I had a feeling I am under the 17% bodyfat. I would say about 11%
I can remember when I was 13 to 24 I was always around 7%. I could not gain fat to save my life. Now I am older and things have begun to slow down so I watch what I eat...watch it go right into my mouth.

MY DIET: I try to stick with this on a regular basis.
WAKE UP: 40 gram protein shake
2 hours later: 6 to 8 eggs Whole wheat french toast(another 4 eggs)
2 to 3 hours later: Thick STEAK Greens, salad, Bread
2 to 3 hours later: Protein shake 50G
Workout: Drink a blue thunder while I am working out 32g of protein
Post Workout: Protein shake 50g
Dinner: Salmon or steak, Red Potatoes, green beans
Just before bed: 40g protein shake
SOme meals are fast food, but I only do that if I feel I am not going to meet my calorie intake.
I am trying to get 240 to 250 grams of protein a day. Also, 4000 calories plus a day.
My workouts has been weird lately. Since I am so busy, I make sure I get my 4 workout routines donw in the 7 day week period. Even if I have to double up.
I will post something in a bit...NEED TO GO EAT.

2 table spoons L-GLUT

Oh yes bro you are definately not 17% I am 13% right now, and you are alittle learner than me. However I am getting there.. I am right at 200 pounds, right now, working on 230.. that is my goal. Wow 300 grams of protein a day.. holy cow, I would have enough gas to launch the space shuttle. but seeing the results from that, makes me want to try it.. LOL.

I cannot tell people enough how important DIET is. Take all the AAS you want and not eat...You won't gain a pound.
AAS opens your recptors so you can take in more nutrients...it is an aid. SO EAT DAMNIT![]()
