5 years ago i was 6'3 and 160 lbs.
Today i am 6'3 and 245 lbs
I am still taking weight gainer so my lower abdomen is not great, but it will be fixed soon

16 to 18%. you wont be cut in 6 weeks if that is your goal. i would say a good 10 to 12 weeks.

Hate to say it but Sweeney is right, if you wanted to be cut by August you needed to start in May. Then again I guess it depends on what your definition of "cut" is. Either way, you have some thick muscle to work with and will look really good once you get rid of the bodyfat.
