    Question, is this possible... (Stole your pic Mic86)

    Sorry for the pic theft Mic, couldn't find a better one on the net... it's a compliment though :P

    This is my current build, I'm 6'2 195-198 ish <12% bf, calipers said 7-8 but I don't trust that. I've always been extremely athletic and stronger than my build makes me look but the truth is I hate looking like a swimsuit model. I would rather be built like the pic in Mic's avatar, solid, strong, brute.
    I have a small chest, even at 225 and 11%bf (my prime) I looked about the same except wider in the shoulders and lats. My lat spread is huge when flexed, I'm unflexed in first two pics last I'm spreading slightly.

    1st pic was taken in aug 07 I think the other one where I'm kneeling in nov 07 and the last was during a mini bulk in jan 08.
    The very last pic is from Mic86's avatar, that's the build I want.
    I've never really tried to build like that but that's my new goal. Think it's possible to obtain a similar build?

    Very attainable, I think you should actually aim a little higher.

    Probably, I just want to be strong and still agile enough to be useful. Too big doesn't appeal to me, neither does the stand bodybuilder look. It's impressive but it's not for me.

    Everything, don't want to be built like Markus Ruhl and not be able to scratch my nose but I also don't want to be thin and frail looking.

    lol... I dont think you will have to worry about being like markus ruhl anytime soon.



    On a serious note - if you get your diet on point and strict... and hit the gym hard you should gain some nice lean size within 6-8 months. On a realistic level, prob 8-10 lbs lean mass in 3 months.
