Hi Guy's. I have been training on and off for a few years now but I have a problem being fully dedicated to my trianing. I seem to bulk up for half of the year and then after the summer I stop training and lose all my gains. I have just started training again and I am loving it. Started at a new free weights gym and I have the training head on again. This time their will be no giving up. Here are a few pics as I get started again.
