    Question Thinking about a cycle..

So I feel I have topped off. I work out alot! But due to genetics, I prolly won't gain anywhere above 165. I'm aimming for 170-185, but I've never been a fan of blocky muscles, so I'm looking for something that will give me lean gains, yet extra strength. (I'm not a "just for show" kinda guy)

I've been tweaking my diet but it's just making me leaner. I've switched up to low reps, high weight and always to try hit at least 2 core muscle groups. I'm stronger, but I have nothing to show for it. So what's my options?

You're posting this in the picture forum...it will likely get moved.

Get your diet in check in the diet forum like Mr. T said. If you're getting leaner that means you're likely not taking in enough cals to grow muscles.

you need to eat more and not give up. the thing about exercise is exercising patience. nothing comes over night. if you can average a lb a muscle a month, think about where you will be at in 3 years or even 6! thats a lot of muscle.
