HI there...I put up some pics a few weeks ago that were from this past June..these new ones are from this weekend.I have been watching the diet and been wprking very hard at that damn gym!!! Any see any improvements? I am not looking to add size just more strength and definition. I am 5'6, 120 lbs , no clue on bf....Goals: to do an obastacle competiton like the Galaxy...
