    5"11 196 13% bf all natural and have been bbing for a year. what bodypart looks weak to you?

    uve got a good base mate.. just keep progressin..after a yr of trainin u shouldnbt really be focusing on one bodypart.. just keep bringin everythiin up and keep striving to put on mass on the whole frame!!

    Body part wise you seem ok. You seem symmetrical. I got screwed on my genetics where my left bicep is as strong as my right but doesn't peak the same. Just keep up the good work. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the body fat. You would look a lot bigger and better if you had less.

    thanks man yea been consistantly in a bulking phase this whole year and been trying to get into a cutting routine, its just hard becuase i have had good results putting on mass.

    thanks for the feedback. yea that was the first time i had ever tried to pose so yea i agree it needs work. i also decided to start cutting i will be alternating between hiit cardio and regular steady pace long distance every other time i do it. also going to eat most of my carbs around my workouts and keep them to a minimum throughout the rest of the day.
