Hey guys, I showed some pics of me a while back in the end of April, I started cleaning up my diet, sticking strictly to water, and maintaining cardio. I actually tore my AC ligament in my shoulder back in the last day or two of May and have had to stay away from heavy presses, especially shoulder and chest work and that has killed my sanity, haha. Either way, I feel I have made positive gains even with the injury. I start football at a Division 3 University next week, and hope to be ready for it, even with the shoulder still healing.
