    Post cycle pics... 6'3 222...

    Hey dudes just looking for some feedback just finished about 12 week cycle of 50 mg anadrol and .5 cc EOD Test Sust. Started the cycle at about even 200 mabye 9-10% bf naturally very skinny weighed about 170 2 years ago....What are your thoughts? I dont know what my body fat is legitimetly but my scale told me 6.5% before I started cycle and now its at 8.0% .so while i appear fatter i think a lot might be the difference in tan..Well what improved>? what needs work? i am 6'3 222 77 wingspan 17 biceps 18.5 calves (no bullshit i rarely work legs) best bench 270-10 reps best military press 155 10 reps...

    Honestly, you dont look any different. The after pics you look chubbier than the before pics is all. The weights you say you lifted seem kinda high for your size. You look about 200 lbs. I just dont see someone your size doing 270 flat bench 10 times. This is all just my opinion of course

    Not to flame bro but id be impressed to see you move that weight on bench. Hard to see much improvement at all. Id say you were closer to 12% not 8%

    i can do that dude, i just cant max out what that is supposed to equal about 330 or so..im heavier than i look probably cuz im 6'3 and have a 36 waist

    ps theres plenty of 200 lbs guys that can bench 270 for ten. if i was benching mabye 300 for 10 reps then you could call bs..

    Im not going to doubt you. Im just going by the pics. I think you need to work on filling that frame and everything will be all good.

    the before pics you look around 11%
    the after pics you look more like 14% to me

    throw up a video of you benching 270 for 10 reps, i'd like to see it as well

    well here it is measured with a 60$ scale... 223 9% bf...no video mabye i can get someone elses to post the bench if you guys look at the bench behind me in the afdter pics that 270 right there, i have shoulder problem so i only bring down 2-3 inches before my chest... i thought this place is supposed to be helpful, all you guys are doing is doubting my stats.dont tell me you dont believe me tell me what needs work..im 6'3 for christ sake, you get a certain ammount of strength just from being this tall. if you look at benching videos on youtube theres a shitload of guys smaller than me putting upwards of 350...here for example http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hC6g4...eature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eW4PBCiQ6nk

    As a novice reading around Anadrol, its kinda scaryly potent with mass gain and low on fat loss, so that kinda bulk blown up look is what I would expect. Depends on what you want next, your body in genereal has got bigger, so has your waist, if your happy with your size, imo cutting and getting some nice tonned muscles will look good, or bulk but do some cardio and work on your waist / abs.

    Willie, I understand you brah. I am also 6'3" and its hard to fill in that frame. I weigh 235 and about 9% BF and look a little bigger than you. I will be coming off my first cycle in about 2 weeks. Cycle was Test C with Dbol kicker. i will be focusing on my PCT to try and keep most of my gains and use a second cycle around december to fill in this frame better. Good luck

    Yeah, first thing I noticed was the fact that you are not 8%, nowhere near it. As far as progress...to be honest I cannot tell. Go ahead and get ready to cut, then we can start seeing results.

    You want our thoughts? I think the consensus here is that while you look bigger (and are) we cannot see much in terms of mass and overall development. What was your diet like, I bet that tales a tale.

    And those youtube videos made me cringe, neither guy looked good in doing the rep let alone had good development. Bodybuilding is about looking like you can lift 500lbs, not actually doing it. I will never understand the male ego and the need to act like you can lift the whole ****ing world.

    heres newer pics down to about 216 probably lost a pound just in my hands from the bloat lol. mabye dropped a 1% in bf..any difference?anyone want to estimate bf?

    Im at 210 and I can incline bench 345 for a good 8 reps.....sorry just wanted to share that.

    Your bodyfat i would say in the latest pics is between 12-15%, you have improved slightly as far as muscle goes. Keep training hard, eating a shitload (especially at your height) and cycle responsibly and in 5 years time, the imrpovements will be great!.

    People always look at afew months down the line, "after this cycle i hope im a beast", i have learned that it doesnt work like that. During cycles, you will respond better to training, and will be able to train harder. Remain consistent with both diet and training, it doesnt happen over night, but it definately does happen. I always know that each year my body will be looking better than the last year.

    IMO, you look the best in the 'first' before pics.

    Sorry to say this, but im about as big as you and havnt cycled yet. Im also 6'3" 200.

    Since you've already crossed into the "darkside" i say run a stronger cycle next time and fix your diet a little.

    By looking at the before pics, bf looks to be in the range of 12-16%

    Currently looks to be around 16-20%. Keep plugging away, bro.

    People grossly over estimate bf% percentages online. Part of the reason is that a picture is a very tough and inaccurate way to judge bf% properly. 12 point caliper tests, with professional calipers, is the best way to obtain an accurate measure.

    I think the before pics look better.
    I also think for someone who is taking gear, you could look alot better. I'd pay closer attention to your diet.

    Just my opinion.
