have you posted your diet in the diet forum? Probably a good idea to get it completely squared away before you start bulking again, but great transformation, looks like you've put in a lot of hard work, congrats on the progress

Thank all of you guys, I know I need to get more muscle on my frame, but it's hard due to a nagging shoulder.
I'm going to cut for another 3 weeks, then i'll go on vacation for about 1 week+, then start lean bulking when I come home.

Yep I really do, kind of weird that I had gotten so fat, never saw it myself, not even in the mirror, pictures was the route for me to realize.. Kind of scary that your brain tricks you into believing your in shape and such, horrible stuff :P
No I have not posted my diet in the diet forum, but when I start bulking again I will be sure to do that.
I have gained a very good knowledge of dieting on this fatloss journey, so I will think that it turns out fine

Don't know what it is, time to check it out at a chiropractor or something, I know it can be something with the rotatorcuff muscles, but I also think there is something else to it, indeed.

great transformation. so the pictures are 3 years apart? before u lost weight your worst feature was probably your stomach, but now id have to say right now your best feature is now your stomach. love handles completely gone and can see abs. now u have a very good base for adding muscle to your entire body. what all did u do to lose weight?
