BF.. what do you think it its?
Ive been told 14% but ehh i dunno.
And i wasnt really tensing my abs in this photo, but they dont get too much better than this any way.

probably between 11 and 13 percent, usually when you can see all of the abs your under 14 percent but there are exceptions to everything

thanks for your oppinions guys, i will post some pictures up after the weekend and see what you think of them.

Ok sooo this is update, more progress than BF, but BF would be appreciated aswell.
so i started as this in the middle of september 08
And these were taken a few days ago..
All natural, zero cardio and just training harder and not even a massive diet change either.

yea zero cardio, i was looking to gain muscle rather than lose fat, but my minor change in diet helped alot and eating more often.

more just high fat, protein and medium carb intake to keep me awake.
breakfast shake with raw eggs low fat milk 1 scoop of protein and raw oats.
so id eat like 500 grams of chicken breasts for lunch with brown rice
Steak later on in the day and vegie snacks in between
sweet potatoe and left over meat couple hours before work out
and then vegies and meat for dinner.
and if i havnt had a chance to eat enough that day i will get some subway or maccas to keep up my calorie intake, which isnt all that often really.

oh and my diet before kinda was the same but more oats for breakfast without the raw eggs.
bread during the day, because i had an unlimited supply of it.
lasagne because her parents owned a lasange factory so that was free aswell.
and there would be pasta instead of vegies, because it was easy as hell to cook.

your first photo's i would have had to say 15-17% (without leg pic's) sorry im a hard ass, trained many people and i dont sugar coat anything. Your post pics....very well done bro. you can tell the change alone in your face, more defined no more "baby face". job well done keep going!

It's hard to tell, maybe that maybe more. It looks like you're retaining a bit of water in the face so it makes it harder to guess.

And i definitely plan to lean up.
Trying to bulk to 115kg
Gained from 92 to 101kg naturally, with bodyfat ofcourse.
Hopefully get to 110kg and leaner with my current cycle.
