yes i am taking 1000mgs of sust 400mgs deca and 150mgs of eq
after i up my cc i feel like everything is coming togather now my arms are 16.5 i dont think that is bad it will get bigger

16.5 inche arms are not bad by any means, but you have a huge fram and look preatty tall. i mean they are lagging behind the rest of your body, thats all. hey i am 5'5 174 lbs and i have 16 1/4 inche arms. but the differance is, they look bigger on my stature because i am short. Yours arms arnt small, so no flam their, they just need to catch up to the rest of you.

I think if you up the EQ to 400mg a week you will get better use of the EQ

i am only 5'7 about 195 i tought my arms were ok but i guess that is why i put my pic up so i could hear from you all guess its time to hit the bis that much harder thanks
