i dont notice any diff, except you need to burn some of that baby fat
need to cut. you seem to have a thick base. but you cant see it.
arms look thicker and chest a lil bit. but i cant tell if its muscle, bloat or fat.
so get your diet down and kick the cardio up. cut a bit then you will look alot better

Its brutal... You can adjust the weight accordingly... Thats 132 reps, and 90pushups...

oh man...honestly? That's looks from the picture not very good in a year, you look a bit fatter, no obvious muscle increase, has your strength increases gone up alot? Something is wrong with your dieting and training, that definitly needs to be revised. Why is your left pec alot larger, have you taken anything, are you benching correctly? How much did you weigh before? If anything you need to up the cardio and do some cutting.

you look more bulky on the second pic with some xtra fat wiches noraml i would get more mass than start cutting ata once, don't forget to adjust your diet.

Nope, no juicing at all I live in Ireland and not exactly easy to get your hands on and there's plenty left to do before I even bother with it. My diet is ok need some work but not sure where to start exactly. And all those pics where taken with camera phones so not the best for differenciation I would imagine.

Look fatter, and your dont look any larger. Sorry if that sounds harsh, and as the others have said theres a hint of Gyno there, your chest does look fuller but hard to tell at your BF if its fat or muscle.

gyno is another word for Bitch Tits.
If you have developed gyno you will have a lump behind your nipple. It will be fairly hard, and it will be tender to touch. If not, thats just some fat on your chest.

When changing exercises, take 2-3 minutes. But no rest inbetween sets.

Feel free to PM bro... I had a problem like yours in the chest and that exercise worked wonders for me...
I use a different routine these days. But when i feel my chest is lagging, that tightens it right up.

well...I just mean by the extra weight you have packed around your arms, chest & stomach..
if you started hardcore lifting weights everyday...(practicly 2 days off a week) -also depending on how you want to look & what you want to build...
you would most likley see rapid results in a good 2-3 week grace period...
I started off with only 80pounds to workout with in my own house..
(bench press)
thats exactly what I done for 1 month straight...seen results almost instantly..(same as my family members also commented me..
you notice differences in the mirror & gives motivation to keep going
its kinda easier to gain muscle mass when you have the extra bit of weight on ya' ...IMO
I used no whey protein or creatine until after the 1st month working out with what body fat I had...
I was more sore on days after lifting weights...when I wasn't taking sufficent amount of protein for my muslces to rebuild.
I ended up pumping out my muscles & droppin my little bit of fat I had..
