first time pics
This is my first time posting pictures of myself on here. They're not the greatest shots, I'll post some better ones later, but please offer me some feedback (I can take it).

The first pic has the year 94' on it. You don't have anything more recent?

they were actually taken this week, but my camera always goes back to that date for some reason, and I forgot to change it this time.
I'll remember to set the right date next time (my legs were much smaller back in 94!)

okay, I think I figured it out this time.....
My goals are to gain some size. I'm trying to decrease body fat (like most people) so that I can look more defined. My biggest goal is to lose enough body fat so that you can see my abs (since I have genetics working against me on that one). the diet has been in check recently (except for the fact that I've been eating dinner past 10pm because that's when I get off work some days). That's no good because I go straight to bed. Usually in the morning I have coffee and a protein bar (I go to work at 4:30am 2 days out of the week, so breakfast isn't first thing on my mind).
I eat about every 4 hours- small meals like a whole wheat pita with a can of albacore tuna mixed with some mustard and veggies.
I eat fish about 3-4 days per week for dinner. Usually salmon or ahi
otherwise, I'm all about throwing some black beans and steamed veggies in a wrap (lavash bread) with some avocado. yum
Lately I've been snacking on salmon jerky- it's straight up protein, but super high in sodium, so I have to find something else to replace it with. I won't lie though...this week has been filled with lots of left over Halloween candy. It's all gone now, so no more candy for me.

The salmon jerky should be alright in moderation (I myself can't even eat it) as long as you drink enough water with it. Your diet looks good so far...and hallowe'en is only once a year so enjoy it if you wish ...what are your workouts like?

well I just got over taking a few days off because I got really sick, plus I think I was overtraining a bit.
I split my workouts up:
Back & Bi's/ Chest & Tri's/ Legs & Shoulders/ rest day/ Circuit Training
I've only been doing this routine since august or september
I do about 4-5 exercises for each body part.
I was doing 4 sets before, but I am only doing 3 sets now
15 reps on the first set, increase the wt. and do 2 sets of 8-12 reps.
I usually go back and do more at the end of my workouts if I haven't worked a certain muscle to fatigue (in other words, I'll keep going if I have it in me).
I work abs 3 days per week, but I hit them hard.
For cardio, I've eased up a bit. I ran an obstacle course in Sept. and was working out 2X day- running in the morning and lifting wts. at night.
Now I'm just doing about 30 min. of cardio after I lift- 4 days per week.
some days I'll take an hour kickboxing class instead or do Pilates if I'm too tired for the cardio.
I think I need a new shoulder routine if anyone has any new exercises to throw out at me. They used to be my best asset, but I think the rest of my arms caught up and now they look smaller.

Don't worry about your legs being overdeveloped right now... they are looking really good and your upper body will catch up. Can you post a full body pic, and i don't mean that in the typical internet kind of way... but that way we can see how the legs look underneath the upper body. If you want to put on some size may i suggest going to a 5x5 kind of plan with a lil heavier weights?
