I wanna go up to like 145, but NO roids. I just take protein and stuff, no creatine, but i do have glut peptides in my prot. I want a lot of advice and/or comments plz. Only been workin out hardcore for 4 months, so I guess im doin well. I wish i had before pics.

What resolution is your digital camera? Great detail in the pictures.
As far as workout advice... Eat! Train! Eat! Sleep! Eat! Train! Eat! Sleep! Eat! Train! Eat! Sleep! In that order and you'll grow. Just keep at it and the size will come.Muscle Asylum Project Athlete

If you eat, a LOT, you'll reach 145 in no time. I would suggest to keep bulking and bulking and see how high in weight you could get up to. For your height, a good natural build would probably be around 185-190 lean. You could get there, but it could take a few years. Good luck to ya bro.

I have nikkon coolpix885 camera which is also 3.2 megapixels except my picture quality doesn't seem to be close to as sharp as yours and alot of the times my pictures come out blurry especially when I turn the flash off. Any reason why this might be?

Looking at the res of your camera I think it's time for me to upgrade. I have a Nikon Coolpix 950. I think it's 2.0 megapixels.

ColeD - I commend you for putting up your pics. I know you're shaking your head when everyone says "just eat," because you already know that and you want another answer. Really though there isn't, you just have to stick to basic hardcore lifts and basic hardcore eating. You have lots of time to grow so enjoy it all.
Once again for you and your honesty.

ColeD, I commend you for not wanting to use AS at such a young age. You could teach the other young guys around here a thing or two.

Cole, if you wanna grow, #1 thing is to do is count your protein. I'm serious here bro!
I was eating a lot but didn't bother to count my protein. Figured what the heck, I'm sure I'm getting enough. Then I hit a brick wall and stopped gaining. Thats when I decided to be serious about it and count my daily protein intake.
Woah did I get a nasty surprise there! I was NOWHERE near the 2mg/1lbs body weight rule of thumb.
So do like me and make a logbook, and count count count. 6 meals a day 7 days a week. You say you're 131lbs? That means a minimum of 262g of protein per day.
Sounds easy? It's not. It's surprising how much food you need to feed hard working muscles. You have to literally force yourself to eat those 6 times a day, every day.
By the way you ARE doing well. Massive results like some of the pics you've seen here take YEARS to achieve. They are hard dedicated work. Don't expect to turn into Schwartznegger over a few months! It takes patience.
Keep training hard, sleep a lot and eat a lot and eat right.

Ok, everyone thinks they eat a lot until they actually meet someone who does. I could eat what you ate yesterday and it would be a cutting diet for me... on the flipside... i am incredibly fat... the good thing about being skinny is that when you put on muscle it shows immediately... you won't have to worry about cutting up like some of the chubby fellows like myself do. I'd reccomend getting some shake supps with calories like Nlarge and such and add it to a meal or 3.

Just to give you an idea of an average day for me:
I weigh 215lbs so need 430g protein
6am: MRP shake + banana 40g/p
9am: Can of tuna + feta cheese 40g/p
10:30am: Protein shake + yogurt 50g/p
Noon: 1 packet of cold cuts + cottage cheese + tomato 60g/p
2:30pm: Chicken breast + cheese 60g/p
4:30-7:00 Gym (4:30-4:50 warmup and stretch, 4:50-6:20 weights, 6:20-7:00 cardio).
7:00 Protein shake for drive home 40g/p
8:00 Salad with shrimp or fish 60g/p
11:00 MRP shake 40g/p
Now all that comes to about 390g... close to my protein intake target. Of course this is a rough average but most of my days look similar to that.
By the way if you need a good reference to count your nutrients intake, check out the USDA's database at:
http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/nut_search.pl
I already posted this link in the food/diet section but it's worth looking at.

look at it this way bro, all you have to do is add muscle. You already have the low bf. 15 pounds of lean muscle mass would do you wonders. At your age you're gonna be amazed how quickly you can attain that. Read, eat, and lift everything, and you'll be on your way

btw, why are your proteins measured in mg?
ColeD, take that snack before dinner, and make it the same as the dinner.

You are obviously an ectomorph, hardgainer. If you want to gain weight... stick to basic compound movements like Bench Press, Deadlifts, Squats... and EAT A LOT. Eat everything in your face, pizza, ice cream, double cheeseburgers, whatever... FEED THE MACHINE! Feed your metabolism - cutting down will be easy - you have to get your body used to a new weight.
The thing with ectomorphs is they really have to work for their size through blood, sweat and education. Keep it going!

Anyway, I'm glad you are not even considering AAS at this time. You have been given some great advice and tips here. Use it to your advantage. Get your diet straightened out, get a good quality wieght gainer and eat like there is no tomorrow. Also, what does your workout routine look like? Give us an example of what you do on a weekly basis.

ColeD how the hell could you flame someone and call them fat when they have more muscle in their fuckin forearm than you do in your whole body????
Start eating you look like you are from a country that does not have food.

hey what concert did you go to?? i think it's great that you're not considering AS at your age take advantage of the free flowing test in your body. it's not cool to flame someone for trying to improve them self man. your back is starting to develop, and it looks like your abs are developing nicely too. keep it up train hard, and eat, eat , eat. it's gonna take time, but the gains are going to come.
good luck!!
