a new member here as well

Hello,
My name is hardasnails from Pa. I just wanted to introduce my self to the brothers and sisterhood of iron . I'm about around 5'10 and weigh about 220, body fat i have no idea what it is, (never measure it any way, i always use mirror and my cloths as a gauge) I was never one of those number guys. If you every get bored during the day time stop in and chat with me in the chat room. In june i will be competing in the junor nationals hopefully as a heavy weight, but we will have to wait and see.

Here is another on from the same contest !! I could have been a little tighter but i was menatlly and physicaly drained 4 weeks prior and lost a good amount of muscle mass. Working 50-60 hours a week and doing cardio at 5 am every morning and eating do low of calories will do it to any one. Never AGAIN WILL I LISTEN TO TOO MANY PEOPLE WHEN PREPING FOR CONTEST TIME. I LISTEN TO ONE PERSON AND THATS MY GUY WHO BRINGS ME INTO THE SHOWS!! AND SCARE PART HES A PRO NGA NATURAL BB SO HE CAN GET HARD WITH OUT CHEMICALS.. IMAGINE WHAT HE CAN DO WITH SOMEONE WITH ABOUT 400-600 mgs a week !! Thats all i used and about 4-5 weeks out a got sick of sticking my self so i can into the show clean 5 weeks and still was hard !!
