start of week 4 of pct
so i finished my mdrol cycle weighing at 198-199lbs. and i am now in the fourth week of pct and have weighed 197-198 for the past week. i have also maintained about 75-80% of the strength gains which is great. below i will post sets of pictures from two months before cycle,one week into cycle and pics as of today start of week 4 pct.

begining of week 4 of pct. let me know what you think. maybe what could be worked on ect..i am bulking so i feel my bf is ok it is around 13. how high do most of you fellows let you bf get while bulking?

when i started i was 190,then about day 4 i lost about 3-4 pounds of water weight and weighed 186

so any input on my progress from anyone? things i need to work on to make noticable improvements on my physique?

i dont see a difference, sorry. suggestion would be to do a cut. you have a good base to show off.

Your pectorals are lagging also your front delts and latissimus dorsi also.
Your arms are nice and also legs.
Try to put your benchpress dumbell on line between your niples and place your elbows to right angel with your body, put your scapula down and your head straight with bench. Put your legs close to bend and place your back to contact with bend in every place. And very importat is your wrist it should be straight with your forearm.

i would say if anything your chest does look much thicker...keep up the good work bro!
