    Thumbs up got legs?

I've been working my legs this past year. Just started my first cycle of sus250 3 weeks ago and can already see/feel the difference.

    got legs?

Thanks guys! I'm not a body builder per say; I'm a long distance Ironman Triathlete. The dedication it takes to complete a Ironman is much like body building, Discipline and consistancy in training, not to mention proper diet.

I'm I giving up growing size and difinition by doing so much cardio? After Ironman, I want to body build more.

You have nice definition on your quads, but your sitting on this picture and your legs will look a lot bigger, next time make a picture when you are standing.
